My doctor has advised I no longer dance as I am getting too old. Students won't appreciate that.
Pan. Enamel over photos rescued from the wastepaper bin. That they seemed to have exaggerated colour and some were out of focus added to the delight I felt when I rescued them.
Again, I feel the scale of the image suggests something so much larger than it actually is (the mounting paper is A3). I remember reading some of E. M. Forster's short stories. They are brilliant, 'The celestial Omnibus' my very favourite.
I have also used my own old images as background. The problem with them is that if the colour doesn't quite work, there is no way to erase and remake. I guess I could reprint if I found the negs, but it's a faff!
